I was lucky enough last week to visit this lovely little town in France, it was so beautiful
I just had to take advantage of the scenery!

I’ve never been a massive fan of floral prints, I’ve always felt they were a bit dull and unnecessarily  busy but this top has proved me wrong! The large offset sunflower print is so quirky and moves with the polyester effortlessly. It’s a cropped fit which sits around the midriff, and just kinetically adapts with body language. I adore this top, it’s the perfect length to be styled down with a pair of shorts in the sun or up with a pair of high waisted trousers like I have done.

I mean come on, the neckline just screams for a statement necklace!
The key is mixture, mixing between the layers of the crop sit over the high waisted trousers and the mixture of texture, the floaty polyester contrasting with the satin trousers. The trousers from Dorothy Perkins have a simple tied belt which gives another layer to the outfit whilst breaking up the empty space below bottom of the top.
My fabulous necklace, that has been previously mentioned in another post, is just such a versatile piece that just accessories anything! The shoes that finished the look off were a bargain at £10, it’s hard to tell in the photo but the tan colour is replicated in the stamen of the sunfolower print. I’ve been asked constantly about where these sandals came from and one lady believed I told her they were a Primark buy!
