Logo white

There is nothing I love more than throwing a skirt on and instantly making it look sassier with a pair of thigh-high boots. Earthy and neutrals tones are taking over this season, the colourings started out life being popular as the ugly colour scheme of the sixties was eventually adapted into being the enviable stylistic choice of the seventies.  The current redux of the earth tones are a lot more neutral and have been incorporating a lot of romantic patterns, however, this look is more about block colouring as it’s my personal favourite (and I can’t afford Gucci)!

I’m a sucker for high neck, whether that be a jumper, top or dress, you can count me in! This cropped top is such a lovely mustard colour,  I never use to believe I suited mustard but honestly it’s a breath of fresh air in a dull February. It has a cute little belt at the hem line of the top which breaks up the midriff area.
Guys take a look at this peach buttoned skirt, it’s so fab right? The colour matches perfectly with the mustard top but the buttoned front is what makes it so special. It gives me a lot of Clueless vibes, saying this, this whole outfit does a little. The slightly flared silhouette is very complimentary to the form-fitted top.
Completing the outfit is a contrast to the neutral colours, my trusty black duster coat has taken centrepiece with the length of the coat brushing the line between the hem of the skirt and the tops of the boots. Obviously, I had to include my River Island thigh-highs, they are a necessity and also my Mulberry Bayswater to give the look a casual vibes which is perfect for running around town or catching up with friends for a couple of drinks after work.
